Hello everyone,

This is plat hostel keikyu sapporo sky!

This is our first blog article and we are very excited to introduce ourselves! We will do our best to introduce Sky's attractions.

First of all, let us begin with how to get to our hostel. For that, WeI need to explain Sapporo's transportation system.

There are three main ways of transportation in Sapporo:

1, Subway (Namboku line, Tozai line, Toho line

Each line has color, so you can just check the color if the name is difficult to remember!)

2, Bus

3, Streetcar

To our hostel, you can come with one of these 3 subway lines:

1, Hosui Susukino station of the Toho line

2, Susukino station of the Namboku line

3, Higashi Honganji station by streetcar

If you are already familiar with Susukino, you may be aware of the image of NIKKA's famous logo as shown below.

From the location in the photo, it takes about 10 minutes walk to our hostel.

Of course, while you go to this place, there are many delicious and highly recommended restaurants. Even if you choose randomly, you can't go wrong! For traveling, adventure is always fun, right?

For example, Hokkaido's Soul food, restaurants that serve both 'Genghis Khan' (grilled mutton) and soup curry are also easy to access from our hostel.

Japan has many convenience stores. In fact, Seicomart, a convenience store unique to Hokkaido, is close by! Actually, there are 2 Seicomarts nearby! So from the hostel, you can access both by walking for around 5-10 minutes.

In addition, a 24/7 supermarket is near the Seicomart by Higashi Honganji station (streetcar).

Let's now discuss the interior of our hostel!

We offer a 24/7 lounge and kitchen area.

Please be advised that after 23:00 (11:00 pm), most of our guests are sleeping. So please be considerate to your other fellow guests if you are using this lounge and kitchen during that time.

You can cook here or eat food you brought in from the outside (takeout).

Of course, we also provide free internet - so you can work or study at your leisure!

We also offer coin laundry! If you don't have detergent, you can buy it from the reception area, so feel free to ask!

About check-in:

Check-in times are between 16:00 to 22:30.

We can store your luggages for 200 yen per luggage - because we know it can be tiresome to bring your luggage while you are trying to enjoy the city.
