It's been raining a lot recently in Tokyo. There are perfect days for taking a walk outside and other rainy days that it's better don´t go out...

So this time, we're thinking about something that we can do while you're here on rainy days!

As you may know, we have a 24hours-available kitchen in our hostel.

We also have cooking utensils such as rice cooker, microwave and fridge. You can use it for free!

Don't want to go shopping on a rainy day? It's not a big problem! There is also a convenience store 30 seconds by walk from the hostel.

So this time, we've made "curry rice with tofu". It's easier to make than you think. Let me introduce them!

Ingredients

★Tofu: 1 pack

★Curry Roux: as needed.

★Carrot: 2 pcs.

★Onion: 2 pcs.

★Rice

★Salad oil: as needed.

★Your favorite topping.

First, chop the vegetables and fry them with tofu. When the vegetables are cooked, add curry roux and mix them. (Add some water if you need.)
