Hey guys, this is plat hostel keikyu asakusa station.

We stop going out and staying home again this year, Golden Week(Japanese long holiday) and Mother's Day have ended.

It has been rainy and cloudy recently, how do you feel? It seems the rainy season is coming soon.

So, just like last time, we'd like to introduce you to the second in a series of "stay home kitchen"

during the stay home period.

By the way, do you know we have a toaster, a microwave and oven, as well as a takoyaki machine in our kitchen?

This time, we tried making 'chocolate waffles' by using a Takoyaki Machine!

☆Ingredients (for 3 pcs.)

Pancake Mix----------------- 1 box (300g)

Egg----------------------------- 2

Milk----------------------------- 150ml

Chocolate Bar--------------- 2 bars

Your Favorite Fruits-------- as needed

Whipped Cream------------ as needed

After preparing the ingredients, melt the chocolate bar and into the pancake mix !

The key point is to mix it well!!

It's so sad we are not able to hold events that every guest can join and show what's fascinating about the hostel. This time, it was small but we had a really good time!

Also our kitchen has been a part of the lives of those who are staying at our hostel for a long term. So when you come to stay with us, please try to use it!

We want to make some nice memories by socializing and communicating with a small group of people with having the right distance at the moment.

We hope that things get back to normal in the near future. For that time, we keep running this hostel to keep our hostel clean and sanitized!
