Recently in Japan it was spring holiday so it got quite busy at the hostel.

Have you stayed at a hostel before?

You might wonder what sort of people stay here and what's their purpose of staying at our hostel.

This time we analysed our customers based on our data.

It is very convenient if you have a flight at Haneda airport. There's a bus stop very close to the hostel and it only takes 15mins by bus and 5mins by trains from our hostel to the airport.

Most of the customers have flight so they stay here beforehand.

They go for their trips, going back to their hometown, going overseas for work and study etc.

Seems like people get worried about being late for their flights or long way from their homes.

Next reason why customers stay here is for business trips.

To go to the airport, some work in this area stays here often. Kamata and Kawasaki area are close from here so they stayed here for their business trips. Some of them stay here on weekdays so it's less commute time for them on their days off they go back to their home.

We also have "Day use" which means you can stay here from 9am - 5pm if you have remote work, online exams or interviews.

Also we had some students who came to Tokyo for their job hunting and exam for university.

People who live in different prefectures come to Tokyo and Kanagawa for their new jobs and to enroll in university.

Some of them stayed here for a long term like two weeks, two months depending on their needs.

We have free wifi in the hostel. Also there is a lounge that has outlets on the second floor. If you need to print or need to send mail there's a convenience store.We also have pants press, clothes steamer to borrow for our guests so you can take good care of your appearance for your business.

We also had some customers who missed their flights, due to moving out, renovating homes. We have some amenities for sale so you can just walk in and stay here. You don't need to bring anything.

In conclusion, the main reason to stay here is very close to the airport. And also you don't need to worry about your check-in, check-out time since we have a check-in machine in case you are coming here very late.

We had some good reviews about our cleanliness, customer service so we are getting more customers.
