This is plat hostel keikyu haneda home.

How are you doing? These days, it has been cold.

This time is continuation from last time.

We will introduce our hostel staff and their goals in 2021!

First person to introduce is Kenta!

Hi, I am Kenta. I have worked here since haneda home opened.

My hobby is watching various genres of movies except Horror movies.

In my free time, I usually go to a movie theater or watch movies on my smartphone and TV.

Last year, I watched more than 300 movies for a year!

My goal for this year is "to do self-management" and "to try new things".

I want to clarify my goals, both at work and in my private life, so that I can manage myself well.

And, last year I was only talking about movies, so this year I would like to expand the scope of new things so that I can get a lot of excitement on topics that are different from the guests.

Second person to introduce is Kayo!

Hi, I'm Kayo and I like to run in my free time!

I'm one of the oldest staff here. I have a couple of other jobs so I dont really work here as much as everyone does. but I enjoy my work here at the hostel!

My goals for this year are

to take care of my health. I hope I don't need to go to a hostel!

and once this pandemic is over would love to participate in the marathon and finish within 5h 15mins!

The other goals I have are to learn programming and would be able to make some money at home! I would also like to learn how to grow some veggies in Hawaii.

and cooking, able to speak english!

Last person to introduce is Yoshi!

Hello, I'm Yoshi who's been working here since opening.

I used to bring some snacks on my shifts but I try to reduce it for my health and saving money.

My goals for this year are

learn basic computer skills and study any language for a year.

I would like to get any qualifications as well.

I started to read books several years ago so would love to read over 100books a year.

also creating a beautiful water plant aquarium.

Hopefully tick off two of the lists

I want to play with my niece a lot more than I do now.

also to improve my customer service skills to make guests feel comfortable.

What do you think about our staff? Hopefully you understand our staff better than before.

Our staff is very unique and kind and makes the hostel a better place.
