Hi everyone! This is plat hostel keikyu asakusa station.

Today, we interviewed one of our guests who stayed here last year and asked about his memories, experiences and impressions of our hostel.

Q. Where are you from?

A. I came from Okinawa.

Q. Who did you come with?

A. I came alone.

Q. What made you come to Tokyo?

A. Because I love traveling alone and hanging out around Asakusa streets where there are several things to do.

Q.How did you find our hostel?

A. My friend's recommendation.

Q.Do you often stay at a hostel?

A.Yes. I really love using a hostel. There is a lot of socializing and communicating you can have with other people as well as its affordability.

Q.What brought you to our hostel?

A. The location is really good and my friend who's stayed here before told me that the staff are all so friendly, and actually that was true.

Q. How long did you stay here?

A.It was supposed to be two weeks, but I added extra a week to have fun with more.

Q.How was the staff here?

A.They were all so friendly and it was so fun talking with them. I also got to get along with other guests here and now I have so many friends in Tokyo. It was such a nice memory.

Q.How was the room?

A.I used a semi private room and private room. They were so clean, comfortable and I really liked it.

Q.How would you rate the cleanliness of our hostel?

A. I would rate this hostel full score.

Q.How would describe the hostel in one word?

A.It's "family". Having other guests and the staff saying "Have a good day" and other greetings or anything to me is something very heartwarming. It feels really like at home for sure.

Q.Would you recommend this hostel to your friends and family?

A.Of cause I would. I thought the dormitory rooms and semi private rooms can be recommended for those who are coming with a large group of people and private rooms are for especially those who want to get relaxed with some personal space.

Q.What's the difference of this hostel compared with others ?

A.Well,I would say it's staff. I mean the staff of all the branches of the plat hostel. As they treated me really as a part of the family, I got to have a great time with them.
