  2. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful (with directions, recommending restaurants, questions about the hostel facilities, etc.), I felt welcomed and always treated well.

  1. How did you think about the room?
  2. I stayed in a small double room and it wasn't very spacious as most of the space was taken by the bed and there was no wardrobe, but the mattress was comfortable and there was air conditioning available.

A.While smaller than other hostels I've been in Japan, plat hostel has one of the best hospitality experiences.
