Hello. This is plat hostel keikyu haneda home.
At our hostel, we have placed wonderful books in our guest rooms and common areas so that you can feel Japan and let foreigners know about Japan.
Among them, today I would like to introduce the bookshelf placed in front of the elevator on the 1st floor.
In front of the elevator on each floor, each theme is set up.
The first floor has the theme of Japanese "food".
You can learn about Japanese food culture.
Let's introduce each book.
First one is " Recipes of the world's most popular Japanese dishes "
Only this book has two languages to describe, Japanese and English. Other books that we introduce to you later have only English letters.
It shows you how to cook some Japanese cuisines, use chopsticks and make Nigiri sushi. And an interesting one is Onigirazu. Do you know about it? It looks like a sandwich but it's used rice instead of bread. you will see it in the book.
Everyone likes " GYOZA "
Gyoza is a popular food in Japan. Almost all chinese restaurants have some Gyoza cuisines. And we Japanese also make home-made Gyoza at our own home.
