Anamori-inari shrine Festival is coming soon. it's called ''Kentousai'' and is held once a year.

Lots of festivals and fireworks events have been cancelled because of COVID19 in this year.

But ''Kentousai'' is going to be held as usual.

28th Aug (Fri) 6pm~9pm

29th Aug (Sat) 6pm~9pm

30th Aug (Sun) 9am~11am

The Kentousai festival is held every year in August at the Anamori Inari Shrine,

A lot of "paper lanterns" made by the local people are displayed.

Each paper lantern has various pictures or patterns.

The lights were turned on one by one from 6 pm,

By the time it gets dark, the shrine will be filled with beautiful lights.

It will be so instagrammable!

In this year, from the viewpoint of infectious disease prevention, events such as dances and fair stalls will be canceled, But if you want to feel the atmosphere of the festival, please visit here!

Please cooperate with hand disinfection and securing of social distance due to infectious disease prevention.

Also, Anamori Inari Shrine has just finished renovation work in April of this year.

The popular Senbon Tori-i looks bright in vermilion.

In addition, Newly ''Inariyama'' was built behind it, and the shrine sits on top of it.

You can climb the Inariyama from about 8am to 4:30pm, and the view is very nice.
