In this post, we'll let you know the place you can experience cooking authentic and delicious Japanese food.

"CHAGOHAN TOKYO" is very near from our hostel, about 30 seconds on foot!
It's placed on the next street of Kappabashi area, which is famous for cooking utensils.
They reopened after renovation in March, 2020, so very spacious and has a relaxing atmosphere inside.

In this Japanese Cuisine Cooking School, you can do almost all of cooking processes by yourself in group.
You must enjoy make Washoku(Japanese cuisine) there! It's authentic experience and will be a memorable part of your trip.

The most popular course is cooking "Asakusa Classic Ramen & Crispy Gyoza".
It takes about 2 hrs 30 min and costs ¥9,900. Actually, Asakusa is the birthplace of Ramen. You can cook from dashi soup there and crispy gyoza!

There is no additive in all ingredients there. They can also meet your request if you are vegan or vegetarian.

According to the schedule, you might request to go to a local market or experience another japanese culture like matcha or sake tasting. Please be sure to contact them in advance.
